Life & Health agent license with five (5) or more years insurance industry experience preferred. We will accept applicants with equivalent Account Manager experience in other industries.


Account Managers play a key role in administrative support to our clients and provide a tactical advantage by becoming an extension of their Human Resources Department. They help maximize effectiveness and efficiency in the per-renewal and renewal process by managing client policy terms and carrier time lines. They partner with our Benefits Advisors to maintain outstanding client relations as well as assisting in marketing efforts for prospective clients.

Primary job responsibilities can include:
  • Develop and grow strong client partnerships to provide business continuity and revenue growth
  • Manage all aspects of the client per-renewal and renewal process
  • Attend client meeting, assist the Marketing Analyst with carrier quotes, create proposals that reflect recommendations focusing on innovative solutions
  • Help prepare enrollment meetings materials by creating engaging presentations and handouts
  • Implement new benefit plans and/or a change in insurance carriers when necessary
  • Work closely with the Compliance Specialist to ensure clients remain current with federal and state
  • Partner with Benefits Advisor to lend support on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other Account Managers on account management strategy and sharing best practices
Qualifications (What we look for):
  • You have a High School Diploma, however a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • You have a State of California Driver’s License
  • You have a State of California Life & Health License
  • You are driven to succeed
  • You are a clear and effective communicator
  • You are able to work independently and collaborate with your team to solve complex issues
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • You have strong analytical skills
